Despite being a small company, we have a mighty commitment to people, society and the planet and have several initiatives in place to improve our sustainability and ensure an inclusive working environment.

We already work with companies that use recyclable containers for lunch and have introduced ‘connected fridges’ and composting facilities on-site.
Education
A series of helpful workshops & events to educate people about how to reduce waste and improve the footprint, both at work and in their personal life.

The Froggy Culture
At TreeFrog, we are not just a company, we are a community that values and celebrates our differences, because we believe that diversity is the key to success. We strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected, regardless of their background or identity.
Engaging Internal Events
We have a very active internal events calendar to ensure people are kept updated on the strategy, news and progresses of each team. There are regular “Townhalls”, newsletters, get-togethers, scientific exchanges and trainings to allow for different formats and levels of knowledge exchanges.
Social & sport
We also have a social and sports calendar that fills in any gaps or needs! Yoga and crossfit are some of the official company offerings, while many colleagues form their own groups around their passions, such as running, badminton or ski-ing. Anyone can set up a group and all are welcome to join!
Celebrating Together
If all that wasn’t enough to offer colleagues some moments to relax, we are very respectful of having downtime fun together too and social evenings, summer BBQs and holiday parties are all important events in the company calendar!
